We do not own or operate airlines, hotels, or transportation services. When you make a booking, you enter into a direct contractual relationship with the respective Travel Partner, whose own terms and conditions will also apply.

 

4. Booking and Payments

• Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

• Prices may fluctuate based on currency exchange rates, taxes, fees, and supplier changes.

• Payment terms, deposits, and cancellation policies will be specified at the time of booking.

• Failure to pay the balance by the stated due date may result in cancellation and loss of any deposits paid.

We accept major credit/debit cards and other approved payment methods through secure third-party processors. Green Heart Getaways does not store full payment card information on our servers.

 

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies vary by Travel Partner. It is your responsibility to review the specific terms provided before confirming your booking.

• Some bookings are non-refundable or subject to cancellation fees.

• Refunds (when applicable) will be processed according to the Travel Partner’s policy.

• Green Heart Getaways is not responsible for any costs resulting from missed flights, late arrivals, or other travel delays outside our control.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected cancellations, medical emergencies, or other travel disruptions.

 

6. Travel Documents and Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring that you have valid travel documentation, including passports, visas, vaccination records, and any other required permits for your destination(s).

We are not responsible for delays, denials, or penalties resulting from incomplete or inaccurate documentation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Green Heart Getaways shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including lost profits, data, or enjoyment) arising from the use of our Site or Services.

• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific booking or service giving rise to the claim.

• We are not liable for acts, errors, omissions, representations, or negligence of Travel Partners or other third parties.
